Local Bookstores.
As our book community grows, there are plenty of book stores to check out! Here is a list of our local, independently owned bookstores!
Adventures Underground. Book and hobby store located in Uptown Shopping Center in Richland. They carry new and used books in all genres. They also host many different book clubs!
BAGG Books. A brick-and-mortar romance bookstore. They are located in Historic Downtown Kennewick. They host lots of events! Be sure to check their website and social channels for details!
Ink Drinkers Bookshop. Used book store specializing in sci-fi, speculative fiction, and horror. Located in historic downtown Kennewick.
A Lettered Home. Used bookstore located in West Richland. Accepts used books for donation or in-store credit.
Storytime Book Shop. Located in Downtown Kennewick with a focus on children’s books, but they also have a selection of adult fiction and non-fiction available. Offers programming and story times for kiddos!
Wildflower Fiction. An online-only bookstore specializing in romance. She does do occasional local pop-ups. Please check her social media channels for details on any future pop-ups!

Local book clubs.
Sometimes finding people who love books as much as you do makes all the difference! A few of the local groups who host book clubs and book centered events:
Silent Book Club. International organization with chapters around the world. Our local chapter meets several times a month at various locations around the Tri-Cities. They socialize for the first hour, then quietly read whatever they want for the second hour! Check out their bookclubs page here.
Mid-Columbia Libraries offers everything from book specific meetups to Bring Your Own Book events. Check out their website for a listing of events coming soon to the branch nearest you!
