Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
The second annual Fall Equinox Ball is upon us! Thou is invited to join us in a night of whimsy, magic, and friendship!
Early bird pricing is being offered May 15-June 15! Tickets are $85 and will include dinner, dancing, and so much more!
This year’s theme is Knights & Dragons! We will be holding court like those of the renaissance, with a touch of the magic from faerie realm.
Your comfort is important for the most jolly of times to be had, yet dressing up and cosplay is encouraged!
What’s included with your ticket:
a delicious dinner (please see picture slides for dinner menu)
fantastic dessert buffet
professional photography during the event, with option to use our magical photo booth
dancing and merriment of your choosing! We will have a dance floor ready for our dancers, and we will also have other activities to enjoy with friends!

tickets for a prize raffle! We will have items donated by local businesses and artisans available for you to pick from!

What will be available for an extra cost:
full bar with many drink choices! This includes NA options.
flash tattoos with Carly Joy (tattoo window will be limited, more details to come!)

Dinner and Time With Friends!
A delicious meal is included with your event ticket. This year we will be at Zintel Creek Clubhouse, where we have selected a menu of options for an amazing meal shared with friends.
Whimsy and Fun
This year’s theme is Knights & Dragons! We will be holding court like they did in the renaissance, with a touch of the faerie realm for the most magical evening! We will have professional photography, a photo booth, flash tattoos, and whimsical games!
And of course, dancing!
Dance the night away with friends new and old, if thou wishes! But we will also have other activities and merriment for you to enjoy is dancing isn’t your thing!

Dressing up and cosplay is encouraged, but not required! Your comfort is important to us! If your costume has weapons, please make sure we are using fake/foam weapons. No real weapons will be admitted.
This event is for ages 18+ please.
We are currently looking for local artisans and businesses to help us make the most magical night!
