We will be at Blackthorne Neighbourhood Pub. Small plates, cocktails, mocktails, soda, beer, and wine are available for purchase. To check out their full menu, click here! We will also have light snacks available for our group. Blackthorne is a LGBTQ+ and family friendly space. There is handicap parking nearby, and the front door is very accessible. They have all gender restrooms available.
Please bring your own book, all crafting supplies will be provided!
Due to the nature of our crafting activity and limited space for other patrons, only ticketed participants are able to sit with our group. Thank you for your understanding!
Equinox Fantasy Ball
Obsidian Book Collective cordially invites you to join us for a magical evening of food, friendship, and dancing!
For one magical evening we will be transforming Blackthorne Neighbourhood Pub into an enchanted space. We encourage you to find your favorite ball gown, suit of armor, or cosplay, and suit up! It will be the perfect evening for a special date night or evening with your inner circle!

Twilight Series Trivia with BAGG Books
You think you could out trivia me? This is the skin of a Twi-hard, Bella.
Join us for a fun evening of trivia that covers all the books of the Twilight Series! Hosted by your favorite book nerd duo: Candace and Jess. There will be prizes for our winners, however we cannot guarantee immortal life or special powers. We will be at Blackthorne Neighbourhood Pub, where there are snacks, cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails, and sodas available for purchase.
Participation is free, but not required. Cosplays are encouraged, and there will be a costume contest!

Twilight Themed Sip & Paint with Nerdscapes Art

Join us to paint a Twilight themed art piece with our favorite art teacher, Kyle! And don’t forget to grab a cold and refreshing beverage to sip on while you paint! We will be back at Moonshot Brewing in Kennewick. A few light snacks will be provided. This activity is for participants who are 16+. Due to the nature of our crafting activity and limited space, we are asking that only ticketed participants can attend and sit with our group. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
Our friends with the Cavalcade of Authors will also be there to chat about books, and to sell merch to raise money for next year’s event! Please check out more information about their organization here!

Giveaway is for people 18+ please. (Due to the nature of romance.) This giveaway is not affiliated with Meta/Instagram/Facebook. No purchase necessary. Participants must tag all 9 vendors that are participating in the giveaway in the caption of their post. Participants may enter the giveaway until August 16th, 2025 at 8am PDT. Participants will be contacted via DM on socials Sunday August 17th and will have 48 hours to claim. If prize goes unclaimed, another drawing will be done until claimed.
Bookstore Romance Day
Join us at Purple Star Winery in Benton City for a romance lover’s afternoon! There will be vendors (to be announced soon!), romance bookstores, a food truck, and wine!
After the vendor fair, we will be showing the 2005 cinematic classic Twilight.
It’s all inside the winery warehouse! So come on out and beat the heat!
Paint & Sip Event
Join us for a Paint & Sip event, taught by our favorite art teacher, Kyle! We will be painting a Ramiel Mountain scene from the series A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. We will be meeting at Moonshot Brewing in Kennewick.
All supplies will be provided.

Join us for an afternoon at Moonshot Brewing in Kennewick to sip and do a bookish craft! We will be bedazzling a book cover so we can show off our shelf trophies! Moonshot has beer, cider, and a few non-alcoholic options. Outside food is welcome.

Join us at Purple Star Winery in Benton City for Book Bash! There will be live music, local vendors, and bookish things! We will have an area set up for swapping books!
